Abstract submission
Important Information
Abstract Submission for the ISIORT Conference 2024:
- Submission Period: As of June 1, 2024.
- Submission Deadline: August 25, 2024.
- Submission Method: Online via the ISIORT website (Form below).
Regulations
The submitting author of an abstract:
- Assumes responsibility for the accuracy of the abstract and ensures all authors are aware of its content before submission.
- Agrees to be the primary contact person for all correspondence regarding the abstract and to inform co-authors about its status.
- Agrees to disclose any financial interests related to products or processes described in the abstract.
- All submissions and presentations must be in English.
- Commits to provide an accurate abstract, including details about all authors contributing to the abstract.
Abstract
Title Abstract titles should be concise and reflective of the content.
Abstract body Abstracts are limited to 500 words.
Should include:
- 1. Purpose/Objective
- 2. Material/Methods
- 3. Results
- 4. Conclusion
- 5. References (not counted towards word limit)
Online Abstract Submission Procedure
- Use of standard abbreviations is encouraged; unusual abbreviations must be explained.
- Upon submission, a confirmation email will be sent. Please review the abstract overview to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Only completed abstracts will be considered.
Presentation formats
- Oral presentations should last 15-17 minutes with an additional 3 minutes for discussion.
- Posters should ideally be presented within 2 minutes.
